The DEC has
opened the public comment on a regulation to adopt the antler
restrictions in 3A, 4G, 4O, 4P, 4R, 4S, and 4W for the 2012 hunting
season.
Comments must be received by the DEC prior to May 21st, 2012.
Everyone should send in a support comment on AR (make any other comments separately).
